An attractive former farmhouse that became a pub in 1943 when an earlier pub was demolished to make way for RAF Stradishall runway extensions. The license transferred here.

The building dates from the late 18th or early 19th century.

Found closed and undergoing renovation when visited in May 2017. It appears it may be being re-branded as just the "Cherry". We don't currently know when the pub will reopen.
