Regular real ales: Woodfordes Wherry, Adnams Bitter, Crouch Vale Brewer's Gold, Fuller's London Pride.
Guest beers: An ever-changing array of guest beers are served from the taproom behind the main servery.
Today it is a popular small, multi-roomed real ale bar with no music and no games machines. The Conservatory to rear of main bar creates an airy space in contrast to the cosy bar areas and leads out to the pretty garden. Bar snacks include scotch eggs & pasties that are cooked on the premises.
Always very popular and in the summertime many visitors may head into the garden or onto the patio. Make sure to take time to explore the enamel signs and other artefacts scattered around the walls. No children under 14 or dogs allowed.
No 2 or 75 bus from town centre.
Local licensing authority for Ipswich is Ipswich Borough Council

All information is presented here in good faith and believed to be correct at the time of writing.
The addresses of old pubs (numbers and sometimes even street names) may not always co-incide with the building's current address (if it's still standing), as street names sometimes change, as do numbering schemes
