Former brewery offices converted into a bar in 1992 by the adjacent and historicTolly Cobbold brewery. The large main bar area and two nicely furnished small rooms to front of building provide excellent spaces for drinkers to escape from the noise of the town docks nearby but still offer some splendid views of the river.

Polypins of Earl Soham beers can also be ordered at the bar.

A ten-barrel brewery has been installed nearby and the first beers appeared in February 2009. Tours of the brewery are conducted every Sunday at noon and Wednesday at 1930; places can be booked at the bar.

The building dates from the 18th century, with 19th century additions.
