To be lett, a very good House, formerly called the Black Swan, near the Stepptes in St Clements Parish, Ipswich with seven lower Rooms, six Chambers, besides Corn Chambers, Brew Office and a very good Backhouse, with good Cellaring, Yards and Stables, fit for an Innkeeper, or a Baker, having a good Oven at the end of the said House, or into private Tenements.
