Founded 1997 in Great Finborough. Moved to Buxhall in 2001. The brewery concentrates on brewing a range of bitters, four of which are available at any one time, along with more specialised medium strength beers and milds. There is a strong emphasis on the preservation and resurrection of rare and traditional styles.
