Started brewing early 2008. They will be specialising in traditional bottom-fermented lagers, matured over 6 weeks and then bottled.

There are no plans at present for draught production, though some will be kegged.

The brewery intends to brew using only malting barley grown on the farm, once the 2008 harvest is in.
