Real Ale RUNABOUTS 2012

This year Ipswich Busses have once again aranged a series of Real Ale Runabout trips in conjunction with the Ipswich & ES branch of the Campaign for Real Ale. Designed as a means for people to enjoy visits to country pubs without having to take their cars, they continue to be popular year after year and have remained popular since 1983.

All of these journeys will start and finish in the Ipswich area.

This year all trips will be on Thursday evenings departing from Tower Ramparts at 7pm

Fares will be:- Adult - £6.50 and Concession - £6 (see notes below)

Thu 08 Mar - Little Glemham, Rendham, Sweffling
    Thu 22 Mar - Haughley, Badwell Ash, Walsham le Willows
Thu 05 Apr - Sutton, Ramsholt, Shottisham 
    Fri 20 Apr - Yoxford, Huntingfield, Cratfield
Thu 17 May - Otley, Grundisburgh, Hasketon 
    Thu 31 May - Melton, Butley & Orford
Thu 14 Jun - Battisford, Bildeston, Chelsworth
Thu 12 Jly - Southwold
    Thu 26 Jly - Kersey, Polstead, Boxford
Fri 31 Aug - Framlingham, Laxfield
Thu 20 Sep - Manningtree, Brantham, Harkstead
Thu 18 Oct - Thurston, Beyton & Rattlesden
Thu 15 Nov - Ufford, Eyke, Blaxhall
Thu 13 Dec - Mystery trip

All of the above trips will depart from outside the Enquiry Office, Tower Ramparts Bus Station, at 19.00, and, on return to Ipswich they follow a circular route around Town to drop passengers off.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:-

1.. Reduced fares apply to holders of Elderly Concession travel permits IB Smart rider ticket holders and members of CAMRA who should show their Membership Card when booking their ticket.

2. Tickets should be purchased in advance from the bus company Enquiry Office.

3. Tickets may be bought on the bus (on the night of the trip) but only if seats are still available.

4. The minimum age for any participant on these trips is 18 years.
